简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a compressor that has a demagnetization yield strength even if an amount of Dy (dysprosium) included in a rare earth magnet used for an electric motor is reduced. SOLUTION : A compressor according to the present invention comprises : a compression element for compressing a refrigerant; a hexapole electric motor having a rotor for driving the compression element, which is arranged by use of a neodymium rare earth magnet including iron, neodymium, boron and 4 wt.% or less of dysprosium, and which is to be used in an atmosphere of 100°C or higher; and a drive circuit for driving the electric motor, in which a GaN device is used in a rectification circuit.
