PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an ultraviolet-excitation fluorescence sheet having excellent water resistance, print quality, and writing quality, using UV-C as an excitation source, and having excellent fluorescence properties, and an ultraviolet-excitation fluorescence ink, using UV-C as an excitation source, and having excellent fluorescence properties.
SOLUTION : An ultraviolet-excitation fluorescence sheet has an inorganic substance powder A containing an inorganic phosphor that emits fluorescence having a peak in a wavelength of 400-700 nm, using UV-C in a wavelength of 200-280 nm as an excitation source and a thermoplastic resin. The inorganic phosphor contains calcium carbonate A of 90 mass% or more; the inorganic phosphor contains at least one or more kinds of metal selected from the group consisting of Ag, Al, Au, Bi, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ga, In, Mn, Mo, Pb, Sn, Sr, Ti, Tl, Zn, Zr, and rare earth metal of 0.1 ppm or more and 10 mass% or less; the calcium carbonate A contains calcite-type calcium carbonate of 90 mass% or more; and the inorganic phosphor has a volume average particle size D50 of 0.1-50 μm.
