PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a thermal spray molding suitably used for a model material and the like requiring reactivity resistance, heat resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, plasma resistance, chemical resistance and the like.
SOLUTION : The thermal spray molding comprises a thermal spray single body having a cylindrical shape or cylindrical cup shape having a thickness of 0.5 mm or more and 5 mm or less and an inner diameter of 200-600 mm (or an outer diameter of 180-580 mm), and consisting of ceramics of rare earth oxide and/or rare earth fluoride; and a thermal spray layer consisting of ceramics of rare earth oxide and/or rare earth fluoride provided in the inner peripheral surface (or the outer peripheral surface) of a cylindrical portion of the thermal spray single body. A circularity on the inner diameter side of the cylindrical portion is 0.25 mm or less, and/or a circularity on the outer diameter side is 0.20 mm or less.
