An OLED display device and an OLED display apparatus. The OLED display device comprises a first electrode (2), an organic layer (3) and a second electrode (5) laminated in sequence from bottom to top, and a stabilizing layer (4) sandwiched between the second electrode (5) and the organic layer (3) or between the first electrode (2) and the organic layer (3). The stabilizing layer (4) is composed of rare earth metal or a mixture of rare earth metal and inorganic salt and can maintain the stability of an electrode thin film, so as to improve the reliability of the OLED display device. |
