The present invention provides a laminated ceramic capacitor which obtains high reliability without damaging sinterability of a side margin part. The laminated ceramic capacitor comprises a lamination part and the side margin part. The lamination part includes a plurality of ceramic layers laminated in a first direction and an internal electrode located between the plurality of ceramic layers. The side margin part covers the lamination part from a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and has a higher rare earth element concentration and a higher vanadium concentration than a central part of the second direction of the plurality of ceramic layers.
