PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dielectric composition having high specific resistance under high electric field intensity when applied with a DC voltage while showing a high dielectric constant and an electronic component including a dielectric layer configured of the dielectric composition.SOLUTION : A dielectric composition of this invention includes a complex oxide as a main component, the complex oxide being represented by a composition formula : AxByCzO2+δ and having a rutile type crystal structure. In the formula, A is Ti and Sn; B is at least one element selected from among Al, Ga, In, Bi, and a rare earth element; C is at least one element selected from among Nb, Sb, Ta, and W; 0.100; y>0; z>0; x+y+z=1.0000; 0.0050≤y+z≤0.2000; and 0.8000≤y/z≤1.2500, preferably 0.9000≤y/z≤1.1000.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1COPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT |
