简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a novel, simple, and economical manufacturing process in order to obtain a high-coercive force Nd-Fe-B rare earth permanent magnet, and a component including the permanent magnet. SOLUTION : A manufacturing process of a high-coercive force Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet, i.e., a technique for using an ionic liquid to manufacture a rare earth film is applied to the production of a high-performance magnet. According to the technique, a process is performed, which comprises te steps of : growing an Rb film on a magnet surface; then, diffusing an Rb element plated on the magnet surface into a magnet by a primary high-temperature thermal treatment; and making rare earth-enriched phases distribute uniformly around the magnet by a secondary low-temperature annealing, and removing a disequilibrium structure and an internal stress, resulting from the high-temperature treatment. After going through a treatment according to the process, the internal coercive force of the magnet is remarkably increased. In addition, the process enables the increase in production efficiency, and the decrease in an amount of use of a heavy rare earth in the manufacturing of a magnet, by which a high coercive force can be achieved without lowering a magnet residual magnetic flux density nor a magnetic energy product.
