PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : a cellulose acylate film with high film hardness and low haze generation; and a polarizer and a display device that employ such a cellulose acylate film.SOLUTION : A cellulose acylate film contains a compound represented by the general formula (I), and has a film thickness of 5-60 μm and a surface hardness of 200 N/mmor more that is measured using a knoop indenter with an indentation load of 50 mN. A polarizer and a display device are also provided. (R-Rare each H or a substituent; at least one of R-Ris a substituent, and at least one of the substituents is an imido group, urethane group, ureido group, cyano group or heterocyclic group, or a substituent with these groups substituted.)SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1 |
