PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a soft magnetic alloy or the like simultaneously having high saturation magnetic flux density, low coercive force, and high magnetic permeability and further having high corrosion resistance.
SOLUTION : The soft magnetic alloy comprises a main component represented by compositional formula : ((Fe(1-(α+β))X1αX2β)(1-(a+b+c))MaBbCrc)1-dCd and an accessory component containing at least P, S and Ti. (X1 is one or more selected from Co and Ni; X2 is one or more selected from Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Bi and rare earth elements; M is one or more selected from Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Mo, W and V; 0.030≤a≤0.14; 0.005≤b≤0.20; 0
