The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a binder for releasing far infrared ray and anion, which can provide a functional fabric on which the binder for releasing far infrared ray and anion is coated, and to an apparatus for manufacturing a fabric. Provided is the method for manufacturing the binder for releasing the far infrared ray and the anion, which comprises : a firstly grinding step for grinding at least one rare earth selected from rare earth elements; a secondarily grinding step for mixing 60 wt% of distilled water and the binder with 40 wt% of the firstly ground rare earth to manufacture rare earth slurry, and grinding the rare earth slurry; and a binder manufacturing step for mixing 8 wt% of the ground rare earth slurry, 82 wt% of an acrylic binder or a urethane binder, and 10 wt% of distilled water to manufacture a functional binder.(AA) Start(BB) End(S110) Firstly grinding step(S120) Secondarily grinding step(S130) Binder manufacturing stepCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2018 |
