PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a semiconductor ceramic composition that is a barium titanate-based semiconductor ceramic composition and achieves the same performance as that of conventional ceramic compositions using rare earth elements without adding any rare earth elements.SOLUTION : The semiconductor ceramic composition comprises a main component represented by a compositional formula : (1-x)(BaMe)TiO-xBi(Mg, Zr)O. The a satisfies the relationship of 0.4950≤a≤0.9500; the Me is either one of Sr and Ca or two or more selected from the group consisting of Sr, Ca and Pb; and the x satisfies the relationship of 0.0040≤x≤0.0100 when the Me is Sr or two or more selected from the group consisting of Sr, Ca and Pb and the x satisfies the relationship of 0.0040≤x≤0.0080 when Me is Ca.SELECTED DRAWING : None |
