PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a recorded medium which allows recording of images excellent in scratch resistance and color development in recording with an inkjet recording printer or plotter using a pigment ink.SOLUTION : A recorded medium comprises a polymer with a benzimidazolinone backbone such as a polymer including a constitutional unit derived from a compound represented by the general formula (1) in the figure.
