PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth bond magnet which is small in property of demagnetization to a temperature change, and has mechanical heat resistance.SOLUTION : A rare earth bond magnet comprises : rare earth-iron based magnet powder; a thermosetting resin composition interposed among pieces of the magnet powder and binding the powder pieces to one another; and a silica filler dispersed in the thermosetting resin composition. For instance, the magnet powder includes neodymium, iron and boron as primary components, and the thermosetting resin composition is an epoxy resin. Thus, a rare earth bond magnet which is small in property of demagnetization to a temperature change, and has mechanical heat resistance is provided.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 2 |
