The present invention relates to a soft magnetic alloy and a magnetic part that has a high saturation magnetic flux density, a low coercive force, high magnetic permeability, and high corrosion resistance. According to the present invention, the soft magnetic alloy includes a main component having a composition equation, ((Fe(1-(α +β ))X1α X2β )(1-(a+b+c))MaBbCrc)1-dCd, and a sub component having at least P, S and Ti. In this case, X1 indicates one or more selected from the group consisting of Co and Ni, X2 indicates one or more selected from the group consisting of Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Bi and rare earth elements, and M indicates one or more selected from the group consisting of Nb, Hf, Zr, Ta, Mo, W and V.
