SUBSTANCE : invention relates to a method for increasing the content of Rh 2 ginsenoside and one or more ginsenosides selected from the group consisting of Rg3, Rk1, Rg5, Rk2, Rh3 and PPD, in cambial meristematic cells (CMCs) of the genus Panax that includes heat treatment of cultured cambial meristematic cells (CMCs) of the genus Panax at a temperature of 85 °C to 160 °C, cambial meristematic cells (CMCs) of the genus Panax, in which the content of ginsenoside Rh2 and one or more ginsenosides selected from the group consisting of Rg3, Rk1, Rg5, Rk2, Rh3 and PPD, increased in comparison with their content before heat treatment by the method of 1, an extract of ginseng in which the content of ginsenoside Rh2 and one or more ginsenosides selected from the group consisting of Rg3, Rk1, Rg5, Rk2, Rh3 and PPD, increased in comparison with their content before heat treatment by the method of 2, the use of cambial meristematic cells (CMCs) of the genus Panax according to 18 in the manufacture of a medicament to improve blood circulation.
EFFECT : invention makes it possible to increase the content of ginsenoside Rh2 and one or more ginsenosides selected from the group consisting of Rg3, Rk1, Rg5, Rk2, Rh3 and PPD, in cambial meristematic cells (CMCs) of the genus Panax.
