简介 FIELD : chemistry; electricity. SUBSTANCE : use to create oxide superconductor. Summary of the invention consists in that the oxide superconductor includes : REBa2Cu3O7-x (at that RE represents one element selected from "RE group" in form of Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Y, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu). RE includes at least three types of metallic elements (M1, M2 and M3) and three types of metal elements are any element of RE elements group, selected sequentially, in compliance with relations R(M1) ≤ 20 % (molecular weight) and R(M2) ≥ 60 % (molecular weight) and R(M3) ≤ 20% (molecular weight), wherein R(M1) is the average proportion of metallic element M1 in combination M1 + M2 + M3, ratio SD(Ms) > 0.15 at position of 50 % of average film thickness in cross section including c axis, wherein Ms is metal element corresponding to not more than R(M1) or R(M3), where SD(Ms) is standard deviation / average for concentration of Ms. EFFECT : providing possibility of increasing critical current density in magnetic field. 11 cl, 9 dwg
