[Challenge] The provision of ferrite sintered magnets that have reduced the usage of Co more than conventional CaLaCo magnets, along with having magnetic properties that satisfy both high Br, high HcJ, and high Hk/HcJ. [Solution] The general formula for the atomic ratio of the metal elements of Ca, R, Sr, Fe and Co (except that R is at least one of the rare earth elements and an element comprising La as mandatory) : In Ca1-x-yRxAyFe2n-zCoz, wherein x, y and z, and n (except 2n are molar ratios, and 2 n = (Fe + Co) / (Ca + R + Sr)) are ferrite plasticizers that satisfy 0.4≤x<0.5, 0
