PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a high-resistance high-density permanent magnet material in which vortex loss of rare earth permanent magnet material is reduced.
SOLUTION : A rare earth permanent magnet material containing alloy powder where the main constituent is RFeMB (R includes Nd or PrNd, and M is one or more than one kinds selected from Co, Ga, Al and Cu) further contains fluoride oxide powder where the constituent is CaRE2(CO3)F2 (RE is one or more than one kinds selected from Ce, La and Nd).
EFFECT : By using parasite of lower cost with many supply sources in combination with a rare earth element, not only low efficiency of high density magnet is improved significantly, but also vortex loss can be reduced effectively because heat treatment properties are not reduced greatly.
