PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a skin cosmetic which has increased permeability of an oil soluble component, has an excellent feeling of use, and also has a good stability.SOLUTION : The invention provides a skin cosmetic containing components (A)-(E) at each specific amount and water (F), wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) is 2.3-36. (A) : The cationic surface active agent represented by the formula (1) (where, Rand Rare hydrocarbon groups of C12-22, Rand Rare hydrocarbon groups of C1-3, and Xis a salt forming anion); (B) : a nonionic surfactant of HLB 10-15; (C) : ester oil or ethereal oil whose SP value is 15.5-18.5 and which is liquid at 25°C; (D) : a higher alcohol; and (E) : a compound whose SP value is 23-30. |
