The present invention relates to a polycrystalline phosphor film applicable to a high-output optical element, a fabricating method thereof, and a vehicle lamp apparatus using the same. The polycrystalline phosphor film includes a plurality of phosphor crystalline bodies, and a pore formed between the phosphor crystalline bodies. The phosphor crystalline body may be a compound including at least one rare earth material and cerium (Ce). And the fabricating method of a polycrystalline phosphor film includes : a step of preparing phosphor powder including a plurality of phosphor particles; a step of injecting the phosphor powder into a prescribed mold to form the phosphor powder into a prescribed shape; a step of firstly sintering the phosphor powder having the prescribed shape at a first temperature to create a sintered body; a step of secondly sintering the firstly sintered body at a second temperature lower than the first temperature; and a step of processing the secondly sintered body to form a polycrystalline phosphor film.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018 |
