简介 Provided, in the present invention, is a method of separating Nd/Dy by sulfuric acid salt precipitation comprising : a step of oxidizing roasted permanent magnet scrap to obtain an oxidized roasting powder (first step); a step of extracting the roasted oxidized powder with sulfuric acid to obtain a sulfuric acid leaching solution (second step); and a step of adding sodium sulfate to the sulfuric acid leaching solution to perform a precipitation reaction of the reductive salt and recovering the filtrate (third step), and 1 to 2 equivalents of sodium sulfate is added to the sulfuric acid leaching solution. Therefore, rare-earth element such as neodymium and dysprosium can be recovered by separating iron components from waste permanent magnet scrap.(AA) Start(BB) End(S10) Oxidize roasted permanent magnet scrap to obtain an oxidized roasting powder(S20) Extract the roasted oxidized powder with sulfuric acid to obtain a sulfuric acid leaching solution(S30) Add sodium sulfate to the sulfuric acid leaching solution to perform a precipitation reaction of the reductive saltCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
