The present invention relates to an insect-proof water-soluble paint and a method of producing the same. By using a natural mosquito repellent composition using clove oil, fennel oil, dissolved hydrogen water, and chestnut bark extract, the present invention can maintain a pleasant environment protected from mosquitoes, and by adding CePO4, LaPO_4, and bentonite to the natural mosquito repellent, the present invention can extend the mosquito repelling strength for a long time, thus providing lasting mosquito-repelling effects. The insect-proof water-soluble paint according to the present invention comprises : 25-45 wt% of a silicone acrylic resin; 15-30 wt% of titanium dioxide (TiO_2); 20-30 wt% of purified water; 0.4-15 wt% of a mosquito repellent; 0.2-1.5 wt% of a rare-earth element; and 1.0-8.5 wt% of an additive. In particular, the mosquito repellent comprises : 0.1-3.5 wt% of fennel oil, 0.1-2.5 wt% of clove oil, which is cinnamon bark extract, 0.1-7 wt% of chestnut bark extract, and 0.1-2 wt% of dissolved hydrogen water. In particular, the rare-earth element contains CePO_4 or LaPO_4 with bentonite in a ratio of 75 : 25; and the additive comprises : 0.1-1 wt% of a wetting agent; 0.1-2 wt% of an anti-freeze; 0.1-0.5 wt% of an antifoaming agent; 0.5-1.5 wt% of a dispersing agent; 0.1-3 wt% of a thickener, and 0.1-0.5 wt% of a preservative.(S110) Prepare fennel oil, which is an extract, prepare clove oil, which is a cinnamon bark extract, and prepare chestnut bark extract(S120) Mix the fennel oil, the clove oil, and the chestnut bark extract to prepare a liquid mixture(S130) Add to the liquid mixture, a dissolved hydrogen water of pH 12 prepared by using 1.2 ppm hydrogen water(S140) Produce an insect-proof water-soluble paint by applying a mosquito repellent to a water-soluble paintCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2019 |
