The present invention relates to a filter module having a rare earth component and a water purifier using the same, and more specifically, relates to the filter module having a filter layer formed of rare earth component particles and the water purifier using the same. The filter module having the rare earth component and the water purifier using the same comprise : a first filter layer (12) for filtering incoming water; a rare earth component filter layer (11) made of the rare earth component particles for filtering the water which has passed through the first filter layer (12); and a second filter layer (13) for filtering the water passing through the rare earth component filter layer (11).
