A phase change electronic device (100), comprising : a first conductive layer (120); a second conductive layer (140) spaced apart from and disposed oppositely to the first conductive layer (120); and a phase change material layer (150) disposed between the first conductive layer (120) and the second conductive layer (140) and electrically connected to the second conductive layer (140), wherein the phase change material layer (150) is a hydrogen-containing transition metal oxide of ABOxHy, A is one or more elements in alkaline earth metals and rare earth metals, B is one or more elements in transition metals, x is in the range of 1-3, and y is in the range of 0-2.5; and an ionic liquid layer (130) disposed between the phase change material layer (150) and the first conductive layer (120) and providing a supply of hydrogen ions and oxygen ions. |
