PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : iron-based magnet alloy powder including a rare earth element, having excellent salt water resistance; a rare earth composition for a bond magnet, which has excellent fluidity and moldability; and a rare earth magnet having an excellent magnetic property and high salt water resistance.SOLUTION : Iron based magnet alloy powder including a rare earth element comprises : a first composite metal phosphate coating formed on the surface of magnet alloy powder; and a second composite metal phosphate coating formed on the surface of the first composite metal phosphate coating and including at least one kind of substance selected from styrene and methyl styrene. In the iron-based magnet alloy powder, an addition amount of the at least one kind of substance selected from styrene and methyl styrene, which is added to the second composite metal phosphate coating, is 0.1-5 mass% to a total mass of the magnet alloy powder. The iron-based magnet alloy powder including a rare earth element is used to manufacture a rare earth composition for a bond magnet, and a rare earth bond magnet or rare earth compacted magnet.SELECTED DRAWING : NoneCOPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT |
