PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : iron-based magnet alloy powder including a rare earth element and having excellent salt water resistance; a rare earth composition for a bond magnet, which has excellent fluidity and moldability; and a rare earth magnet having an excellent magnetic property and high salt water resistance.SOLUTION : Iron based magnet alloy powder including a rare earth element comprises : a first composite metal phosphate coating formed on the surface of magnet alloy powder; and a second composite metal phosphate coating formed on the surface of the first composite metal phosphate coating, including an allyl compound having a benzene ring or isocyanurate ring. In the iron-based magnet alloy powder, an addition amount of the allyl compound added to the second composite metal phosphate coating is 0.1-5 mass% to a total mass of the magnet alloy powder. The iron-based magnet alloy powder including a rare earth element is used to manufacture a rare earth composition for a bond magnet, and a rare earth bond magnet or rare earth compacted magnet.SELECTED DRAWING : NoneCOPYRIGHT : (C)2018, JPO&INPIT |
