The present invention provides an oxide phosphor having excellent structural stability, excellent luminescence brightness in red, and a new crystal structure which is easy to enhance luminescence brightness, and a light emitting device and a display device using the same. The oxide phosphor according to the present invention comprises a matrix containing at least Li, Rb, Ge, and O and an activator dissolved in the matrix, wherein the activator may have at least one rare earth element selected from a group comprising Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Tb, Ho, Er, Tm and Yb.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018 |
