The present invention provides a multilayer ceramic capacitor having a small change in capacity over time and a high reliability which is evaluated in a highly accelerated limit test (HALT). The multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a multilayer body where a ceramic dielectric layer and an internal electrode layer are alternately stacked and a plurality of stacked internal electrode layers are alternately exposed to different end surfaces, and at least one pair of external electrodes formed on the end surfaces of the multilayer body where the internal electrode layer are exposed. The ceramic dielectric layer contains BaTiO_3 as a main component and contains a rare earth element. The atomic concentration ratio of the total amount of Mn and V to Ti is 0.035 to 0.120%.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018 |
