PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor which is small in capacitance change with time, and high in reliability evaluated by HALT test.
SOLUTION : A multilayer ceramic capacitor comprises : a laminate arranged by laminating ceramic dielectric layers and internal electrode layers to alternate, and formed so that the internal electrode layers thus laminated are exposed from different end faces alternately; and at least one pair of external electrodes formed on the end faces from which the internal electrode layers of the laminate are exposed. The ceramic dielectric layers include BaTiO3 as a primary component, and rare earth elements, in which the atomic concentration rate of a total amount of Mn and V to Ti is 0.035-0.120%.
