The present invention relates to a device for recovering rare earth ion, and a method of recovering rare earth ion using the same. In one embodiment, a device for recovering rare earth ion includes : a first reaction portion for allowing waste phosphor powder to come in contact with inorganic acid so as to produce a first mixture; a first separating portion for separating slurry and leaching solution containing the mixture of rare earth ion, from the first mixture; and a second reaction portion for irradiating the separated leaching solution so as to enable rare earth salt to be deposited, wherein the waste phosphor powder includes at least one of fly ash, LED waste, and LCD waste.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018 |
