PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To magnetize a superconducting bulk body with stability even under a high magnetic field intensity condition.
SOLUTION : A bulk magnet according to the present invention comprises : a plurality of superconducting bulk bodies including an oxide superconducting bulk body having a structure in which RE2BaCuO5 (where RE represents one or more kinds of elements selected from rare earth elements; and 6.8≤y≤7.1) is distributed in monocrystalline REBa2Cu3Oy; and at least one outer peripheral reinforcing ring fit in so as to cover an outer peripheral face of a laminate of the plurality of superconducting bulk bodies. The plurality of superconducting bulk bodies include at least one circular column-shaped superconducting bulk body and at least one ring-shaped superconducting bulk body.
