PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of manufacturing rare earth bonded magnet- iron and nitrogen-based magnet powder which have excellent weather resistance and less deterioration of magnetic properties even if held for a long period of time.
SOLUTION : Provided is a method of manufacturing rare earth bonded magnet-iron and nitrogen-based magnet powder in which, after performing pulverizing treatment of the rare earth bonded magnet-iron and nitrogen-based magnet powder obtained through a first step (raw material powder mixing step), a second step (reduction diffusion treatment step), a third step (hydrogen treatment step), a fourth step (wet processing step) and a fifth step (nitrogen treatment step) in a sixth step, respective steps in which methyl hydrogen silicone oil is added and dried are included in a seventh step.
