简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide blue fluorescent emission SnO2 nanocrystal particles capable of being used a quantum dot containing no environmentally harmful element or rare element such as Cd, Pb, In and Se by eliminating defect of conventional quantum dot such as CdSe/ZnS, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION : SnO2 nanocrystal particles emitting blue fluorescent with ultraviolet excitation is provided by a manufacturing method including dissolving an organic complex containing IV valence tin, amine and alcohol in a high boiling point organic solvent, heating them under vacuum and then heating them to a temperature range of 150°C to 300°C in an inert gas and thermally decomposing the organic complex.
