A modified high barrier film, the film comprises a surface layer a, a core layer and a surface layer b, characterized in that : in the surface layer a, a content of MXD6 is 30-40%, a content of PA6 is 63-85%, a content of anti-sticking masterbatch is 2-4%, a content of compatibilizer is 3-8% and a content of nano rare earth nucleating agent is 5.5-8%; in the core layer, the content of MXD6 is 95-99.9% and the content of nano rare earth nucleating agent is 0.1-5%; in the surface layer b, the content of MXD6 is 10-30%, the content of PA6 is 63-85%, the content of anti-sticking masterbatch is 2-4%, the content of is compatibilizer 8.5-12% and the content of nano rare earth nucleating agent is 2-4.5%. The modified high barrier film has improved breaking elongation, and a reduced haze. |
