The present invention relates to an animal chitosan-enhancer composition including rare earth minerals and Rhizopus oligosporus. According to the present invention, a method for preparing the composition includes the steps of : culturing Rhizopus oligosporus in a liquid; generating chitin powder by using the Rhizopus oligosporus cultured in the liquid and decomposing the chitin powder to produce chitosan; mixing the cultured Rhizopus oligosporus liquid including the chitosan with rare earth minerals and grains to solid-ferment the mixture; and drying and grinding the solid-fermented mixture.
