PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a sintered Nd-Fe-B-based magnetic substrate with high performance and a manufacturing method therefor.
SOLUTION : Contents of each element in a magnetic substrate are Pr-Nd of 31 to 35 wt.%, B of 0.95 to 1.2 wt.%, Al of 0.21 to 1 wt.%, Co of 0.2 to 4 wt%, Cu of 0.1 to 0.2 wt.%, Ga of 0.5 to 1 wt.%, Ti of 0.3 to 1 wt.% and heavy rare earth element of 0.2 wt.% or less, contents of C, O and N in the magnetic substrate satisfy a relational expression of 630 ppm≤1.2×C element content+0.6×O element content+1×N element content≤3680 ppm and the balance is Fe.
