PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a micro grid control device and method, for avoiding outage immediately after autonomous operation migration by making a supply-demand balance of a micro grid at the time of the autonomous operation migration be within a permissible gap of a power generator without using a storage battery.
SOLUTION : A micro grid control device 0102 comprises : an autonomous operation preparation start determination unit 0113 that on the basis of an abnormality risk of a power system 0100 and a criterion value showing a criterion for migration to autonomous operation, determines the propriety of the migration to the autonomous operation; and a supply-demand balance adjustment planning unit 0116 that on the basis of a power generation plan for power generators 01041 to n in a micro grid, a supply-demand balance range within which a power generation facility is capable of continuing operation after autonomous operation migration, and demand amounts of loads 01031 to n and prediction values for power generation amounts of renewable energy facilities 01051 to n in the micro grid in the case of migrating to the autonomous operation, selects a facility to be stopped, at least one of the power generators, the loads, and the renewable energy facilities to which a stop instruction is performed, so that a supply-demand balance is within the supply-demand balance range.
