The present invention relates to a method of producing aromatic hydrocarbons from oil containing a large quantity of polycyclic aromatic compounds including pyrolysis fuel oil (PFO) and light cycle oil (LCO) through partial hydrogenation and hydrocracking processes in the presence of a hydrogenolysis catalyst. Specifically, the present invention provides a method of producing aromatic products in a high yield by varying the conditions of hydro-desulfurization/denitrogenation process and hydrogenolysis reaction process (combination process and separation process) depending on the composition of polycyclic aromatic oil (sulfur compounds, nitrogen compounds, and aromatic content). The present invention provides a method of producing aromatic products, which has improved the safety and durability of catalyst by using rare earth zeolites having different pore sizes and strengths of acid sites that are synthesized by varying the conditions of substitution reaction of rare earth metal (the kind and concentration of rare earth metal).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018 |
