简介 The present invention relates to a method of recovering rare metal from a spent lithium battery, comprising : a disassembly process of disassembling a spent lithium battery in order to extract a negative terminal cell, a positive terminal cell, and a separation film to separate the cells from each other; a separation film recovery process of molding the separation film in a fixated size for recovery when melting the separation film at 120-200° C; a negative terminal cell recovery process of recovering rare metal by stirring the negative terminal cell in a state of being submerged in water at a temperature of 60-100° C; and a positive terminal cell recovery process of implementing heat treatment of the positive terminal cell with radiant heat at a temperature of 200-500° C and stirring the positive terminal cell in a state of being submerged in water at room temperature to recover rare metal.
