FIELD : biotechnology.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to recovery of valuable substances – vanadium, uranium, molybdenum and rare earth metals from black shale ores. Method includes grinding ore, a countercurrent two-stage leaching with sulfuric acid solution, separation of pulp in both stages by filtration, washing of valuable soluble substances from the precipitate in the second stage to obtain a fortified and first washing solution, control clarification of commercial filtrate at the first stage. In this case, leaching is carried out in the first stage with a reversible acidic vanadium-containing solution, leaching in the second stage with sulfuric acid and filtration of pulps in both stages with the addition of two types of flocculants – non-ionic and cationic. Wherein, preparation of 0.1 % solution of the nonionic flocculant at the thickening stage of the pulp is carried out using decantate, preparation of 0.1 % solutions of non-ionic and cationic flocculants before thickening and filtering the pulp obtained after the first leaching step, is carried out using the top discharge of the plate settler, and a portion of the first wash solution of this filtration step is used to obtain 0.1 % solutions above these flocculants before filtering in the second stage.EFFECT : technical result is to increase efficiency of the process.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex, 3 tbl |
