PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a storage control apparatus for improving performance of a storage device, a storage system, and a storage device control program.
SOLUTION : A short-term hierarchy control unit 11 causes a storage device 2 to execute first rearrangement of rearranging data stored in a plurality of memory devices of a storage device 2, which are different in performance, to the memory devices, and to restore original arrangement from the first rearrangement, on the basis of the frequency of access to each of the memory devices in a first period. A long-term hierarchy control unit 12 determines a second rearrangement state of the data arranged in the memory devices, on the basis of the frequency of access to the memory devices in a second period, which is longer than the first period, causes the storage device 2 to execute second rearrangement based on the second rearrangement state for data which has not been arranged in the first rearrangement, and changes the original arrangement of the data arranged in the first rearrangement, to the second rearrangement state.
