The present invention relates to a rear decorative member of earrings. When a user wears earrings by using the rear decorative member thereof, the rear decorative member has a decorative silicone unit formed additionally other than another silicone unit with a built-in clutch to enable the user to wear accessories in various designs and new decorative elements, thereby enabling the user to wear new and rare designs in a variable manner. The rear decorative member having the clutch built in the silicon unit has the decorative silicone unit formed on the lower end to have a decorative hole. The decorative silicone unit has a polygonal shape such as a circle or a square. The decorative hole is punctured to be used to be coupled with a pin-type accessory or release the pin-type accessory therefrom.
