简介 The present invention provides a nickel-based high-temperature alloy for 3D printing and a preparation method for powder of same, and belongs to the technical fields of high-temperature alloys and additive manufacturing. Aiming at the problem of easy cracking of "non-weldable" powder nickel-based high-temperature alloys in the 3D printing process, the present invention prepares a nickel-based high-temperature alloy and powder thereof that meet the requirements of 3D printing by using rare earth microalloying combined with vacuum melting, degassing, refining, and atomization and screening processes having reasonable parameters. The present invention significantly reduces the cracking sensitivity of "non-weldable" powder nickel-based high-temperature alloys, and widens the 3D printing process window. The printed parts have no cracks, and have excellent mechanical properties. Moreover, the powder prepared by the present invention has high sphericity, good fluidity, and less special-shaped powder, the yield of fine powder having a particle size of 15-53 μm and medium-sized powder of 53-106 μm required for 3D printing is increased greatly, and the demand for powder for high-quality and low-cost nickel-based high-temperature alloy 3D printing is met.
