PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a barrel polishing method of a rare earth-based sintered magnet using a regenerated polishing liquid efficiently regenerated from a used polishing liquid and polishing media.SOLUTION : A polishing liquid used for the barrel polishing of a magnet is separated from the magnet and polishing media, cellulose powders are mixed with the polishing liquid and then filtration is performed by a filter press. The barrel polishing of the magnet is performed by using an obtained filtrate as the polishing liquid. |
