PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a production method of an electrolytic copper powder which enables easy and low-cost production of a fine copper powder preferably usable in applications, e.g. a conductive paste by using electrolysis.SOLUTION : In a production method of an electrolytic copper powder which uses a sulfuric-acidity solution containing copper ion as the electrolyte, chloride ion and a diallylamine of formula (i) are contained in the electrolyte, and electrolysis is conducted by using the electrolyte. In formula (i), Rand Rare independently H or a 1-2C alkyl group; n is an integer of 1 or greater; and Xis an anion of an organic or inorganic acid. |
