PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a film-forming composition for forming a film having soft and flexible texture, giving comfortable feeling to a human in the case of moving the body and having excellent washing durability.SOLUTION : There is provided a film-forming composition containing an organopolysilsesquioxane containing a (RSiO) unit and a (RSiO) unit (Rand Rare each independently 1-8C substituted or unsubstituted univalent hydrocarbon group and Rgroups may be the same as or different from each other); an organosiloxy silicate containing a (RSiO) unit and a (SiO) unit (Ris substituted or unsubstituted univalent hydrocarbon group and Rgroups may be the same as or different from each other, provided that at least one Ris a 6-30C group containing aromatic ring); and a volatile silicone solvent, and containing the organosiloxy silicate in an amount of 1-35 mass% based on the amount of organopolysilsesquioxane. |
