简介 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a novel fluophor narrow in half width of emission spectrum, having a crystal structure different from a conventional fluophor and used effectively in LED applications. SOLUTION : There is provided a fluophor containing a crystal phase containing an M element, an A element, a D element, Al, Si and N, and having a lattice constant of the crystal phase with a maximum value of the lattice constant Lmax satisfying 22.20Å≤Lmax≤24.53Å, an intermediate value of the lattice constant Lint satisfying 8.61Å≤Lint≤9.52Å, a minimum value of the lattice constant Lmin satisfying 7.14Å≤Lmin≤7.89Å. α angle and γ angle satisfying α=γ=90°, β angle satisfying 85.0°≤β≤95.0° respectively. The M element represents one or more kinds of element selected from an activation element, the A element represents Sr as essential and one or more elements selected from alkali earth metal elements and the D element is one or more kinds of element selected from rare earth elements excluding the activation element.
