PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a sulfonic acid (salt) group-and amino group-containing compound that can suitably be used as a raw material of polymer for water treatment agent.SOLUTION : There is provided the compound represented by the following general formula (3). In general formula (3) : Rare the same or different and represents an alkylene group having 2 to 20 carbon atoms; Rrepresents CHCHgroup, CHgroup or a single bond; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a CHgroup; Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6 to 10 carbon atoms; n is an average addition mole number of the oxyalkylene group and represents a number of 0 to 300; m represents a number of 0 to 10; and SOMrepresents a sulfonic acid (salt) group (where, Mrepresents a single atom ion or a polyatomic ion with monovalent positive charge.). |
