(1), where Rand Rare each independently a connecting group selected from a group consisting of -(CH)-, -O-(CH)-, -S-(CH)-, -NH-(CH)-, -(CF)-, -O-(CF)-, -S-(CF)- and -NH-(CF)-, where a is an integer of 2 or more, Xand Xare each independently a halogen atom, Yand Yare each independently an atom selected from a group consisting of group I elements and group II elements, and Z is a connecting group selected from a group consisting of -CO-, -O- and -S-. |
