PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a composition for injection molding for bond magnet which contains a rare earth transition metal alloy powder and a polyphenylene sulfide resin and is improved in mechanical strength, and the composition for injection molding.
SOLUTION : The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a composition for injection molding containing a rare earth transition metal allow powder (A) containing rare earth elements and transition metals, a polyphenylene sulfide resin (B) and a heavy metal deactivator (C). The manufacturing method of the composition for injection molding includes the steps of : obtaining the rare earth transition metal alloy powder (A) to which the heavy metal deactivator (C) is added by mixing the heavy metal deactivator (C) that is diluted by a solvent with the rare earth transition metal alloy powder (A) containing the rare earth elements and the transition metals, then removing the solvent by performing heating while continuing the mixing, and then performing thermal processing; and obtaining a mixture by mixing the rare earth transition metal alloy powder (A) to which the heavy metal deactivator (C) is added and the polyphenylene sulfide resin (B), and performing heating and mixing.
